  • No, I do not accept insurance at this time. I accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard.

  • I have both telehealth and in person sessions. I am receptive to the client’s preference.

  • I have both evening and Saturday hours. The last scheduled session in the evenings is at 7pm. Saturday hours are from 10am - 2 pm.

  • Sessions are from 50 - 60 minutes at least once per week. This will depend on the client’s needs as we discuss time and duration during the consultation season.

  • If stress or distress interferes with your daily functioning and you feel stuck, reaching out to friends and family has not provided the relief you are seeking, then therapy might be a good choice.

  • We look at the reason you are seeking therapy and if we are a good fit. From there, we set up the next appointment.

  • The first session will consist of an Assessment. I will gather background and additional personal information about you.

  • Therapy is confidential unless you are talking about self harm, harming others, child and elderly abuse, and if I am court ordered to provide documentation. I will notify you in that case if that occurs.

  • I primarily use talk therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). The Therapeutic approach will depend upon you and your preference.

  • That will depend on what brings you to therapy. It could be as short term using Solution-Focused Therapy, consisting of 4 or 5 sessions, or longer using other therapeutic approaches.
